We'll refund unworn items in full...

Returning a Soxy item is a breeze. We're happy to offer a full refund within 14 days after been delivered. Just make sure your items are:

  • Unworn
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging

RETURNING ORDERS – STEP BY STEP:

  • Keep your delivery paperwork handy.
  • Pack your item(s) and paperwork, go to the post office, and send them back to us.
  • Return address: Returns Dept (SO-S), Newell Vine Mill, Holden Fold Lane, Royton, Oldham, OL2 5LN.

    Once we've processed your return, a refund will be applied to the debit/credit card used to pay, and you'll receive an email confirmation, we have 7 days to processed them after the return has been delivered to us.

    Please note: If you'd like to exchange for an item, simply return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for your desired item(s). This ensures you get your new item(s) swiftly.

    Please return to the address below by second class post and we will reimburse postage, please include the invoice sent to you and an explanation of the issue.
